The Construction Board of Appeals meets to hear appeals from decisions of the Building Official concerning his enforcement of the State Construction Code Act (PDF), the International Building Code, and other applicable laws and regulations.
The Construction Board of Appeals is a five-member board made up of City residents appointed by the Mayor for two-year terms expiring the second Monday in January.
