Filing an IPMC Appeal

Section 111 of the International Property Maintenance Code of Grand Ledge (The Code) allows any person aggrieved by a decision of the code official, or a notice or order issued under The Code, the right to appeal to the Construction Board of  Appeals. The Board must meet within 20 days of the submission of an appeal. Hearings are held in the Council Chambers at Grand Ledge City Hall.

Please use the form below to submit an appeal. Appeal hearings are open to the public. The appellant, the appellant's representative, the code official and any person whose interests are affected shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
