ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
At its regular meeting on Monday, 14 August 2023, the City Council adopted Ordinance #609, An Ordinance Amending the City Code, Chapter 36 – Subdivisions, Article XII – Design Standards, Section 36-142 – Sidewalks and Non-Motorized Pathways.
