A prebid conference will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023, 10 a.m., local time at Grand Ledge WWTP,

109 Fitzgerald Park Drive, Grand Ledge, Michigan 48837. Prospective Bidders are encouraged to attend and

participate in the conference, but attendance is not mandatory.

City of Grand Ledge, the Owner, will receive sealed Bids for construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and

Sanitary Sewer System Improvements at the Grand Ledge City Hall, 310 Greenwood Street, Grand Ledge, Michigan

48837 until Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 11 a.m., local time. No Bids will be received after that time. Bids will be

publicly opened and read aloud at that time and place.
