ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
At its regular meeting on Monday, 27 October 2025, the City Council adopted Ordinance #616, amending the Zoning District Map referred to in City Code Chapter 46 – Zoning, Article IV – Zoning Districts and Map, Section 46-94 – Zoning District Map, to rezone the northwest 78 feet by 212 feet of Parcel #400-013-100-020-03 from R-HD, Multiple Family Residential District to B-1 Highway Service District.
