CITY OF GRAND LEDGE – 2024 BRICK PAVER REPLACEMENT SERVICES

Introduction:

The City of Grand Ledge requests sealed bid proposals for Brick Paver Replacement Services in four (4) separate areas behind the businesses within the 200 Block of S Bridge Street between W River Street and W Jefferson Street and in the Log Jam parking lot, as noted in Attachment A: Project Location Maps. The successful contractor will provide all equipment, materials, and labor for the services and brick paver replacements on the City of Grand Ledge-owned and managed property. 

The City of Grand Ledge does not guarantee a minimum value for the contract. Contractors with demonstrated experience in brick paver replacement services, with an interest in making their services available to the City of Grand Ledge, are invited to respond to the RFP. The submitted proposals will be used as a basis for awarding work.
