CITY OF GRAND LEDGE – ENGINEERING PROPOSAL FOR 2027 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
Introduction:
The City of Grand Ledge requests sealed bid proposals for design and construction engineering services for two (2) street improvement projects to be completed during the 2027 construction season, as noted in Attachment A: Project Location Map. This project will include:
- Reconstruction of Union Street from North Clinton to Church Street.
- Reconstruction of Morley Street from Union Street to Orchard Street.
The project will be bid as one project. The successful contractor will provide all equipment, materials, and labor for the services and Street Improvement Projects on City of Grand Ledge-owned and managed property
