Grand Ledge Recycling Center

Annual Vehicle Passes for Recycling Center: Effective November 1, 2025, the City of Grand Ledge Recycling Center will be available to City residents only for non-commercial use. A pass in the form of a windshield sticker is required for entry and use of the facility.

Why the change? The Eaton County Board of Commissioners took action to discontinue the Solid Waste Alternatives Grant (SWAG) program effective October 1, 2025. The program financially supported the City of Grand Ledge Recycling Center for Eaton County residents. Due to this change, effective November 1, 2025, the center will be available to City residents only, for non-commercial use.

  • Non-Residents: Beginning November 1st, non-city residents and commercial use will no longer be able to access the recycling center. There are options available to non-residents and commercial use in the Greater Lansing area, including Granger's Wood Road Recycling Center.
  • Grand Ledge City Residents: Learn about obtaining a pass below. You can also learn more about curbside recycling options in Grand Ledge.
