PUBLIC HEARING: Rezoning E. Andre Dr. Vacant Property

CITY OF GRAND LEDGE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Grand Ledge Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on 02 February 2023, to consider and receive public input on a proposed ordinance to rezone the property legally described as: Lot 12 Brookshire Estates Sec.14 TN4, R4W, Oneida Township; Parcel Number 030-043-600-120-00, vacant property located on the north side of Fieldview Dr., from AG, Agricultural District, to R-MD, One-Family Residential District.  The proposed ordinance is available here.
